Aishwarya Rai Bachchan will start shooting for Jazbaa
On Tuesday, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan will return to the studio to face the movie camera for Sanjay Gupta's Jazbaa. She plays a lawyer in her comeback film.
The actress was last seen on screen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Guzaarish in 2010. She then shot for Madhur Bhandarkar's Heroine in June 2011 but her father-inlaw,Amitabh Bachchan's Twitter announcement that she was four months pregnant, was followed by her exit from the project.Later, Kareena Kapoor stepped into her shoes.
An excited Sanjay Gupta, who had just returned from a recee in town on his new Triumph Thunderbird Storm, told Mirror, "My entire team, which includes the assistant directors, art direc tor and cinematographer accompanied me on bikes. We zeroed in on places in Ballard Pier and Fort, including the Asiatic Library, where we plan to shoot over the next few weeks. But for the first few days we will be filming in a closed set to avoid curious stares and give Aishwarya the space she needs to get into her character."
